Barramundi with Lemon Garlic Butter
serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 ea barramundi fillets
- 4 T butter
- 1 cl garlic, minced
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T parsley, minced
Instructions
- Melt the butter and whisk in the garlic and lemon juice. Season to taste.
- Baste the barramundi with the butter sauce, then bake at 350 until done. Optionally, pan fry in plain butter.
- Plate the barramundi, glaze with the remaining sauce, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
