Barramundi with Lemon Garlic Butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and whisk in the garlic and lemon juice. Season to taste.
  2. Baste the barramundi with the butter sauce, then bake at 350 until done. Optionally, pan fry in plain butter.
  3. Plate the barramundi, glaze with the remaining sauce, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
